Currently training is largely an individual undertaking. Refer to the Practices section for suggestions.
A curriculum is being developed to provide another avenue for training in Ziraat. Some people may wish to enroll in this structured Ziraat training when it is offered. The training will include personal practice, group presentations, discussions, and ceremony. Students will receive support from a chosen Farmer mentor. Training will be tailored to each individual’s need according to their style of learning.
When the training program and curriculum are in place it will be announced via the Ziraat E-List.

- Sessions are Saturday 4:00–5:15pm Pacific, 7:00–8:15pm Eastern (Sunday morning in Oceania: 9am AEDT and 11am NZDT)
- May 26th – Overview of Ziraat with Wali Via and Aziza Barker-Stanton
- June 1st – The Ziraat Lodge with Mumtaz Kammerer
- June 8th – Attuning to Nature with Nehmat Kyan, Zebunissa Overeynder and Saraswati Burke
- June 15th – Ziraat Symbology with Aziza Barker-Stanton
- June 22nd – Addressing the Eco-Crisis with Wali Via and Saraswati Burke
- June 29th – Ziraat Initiation Ceremony
